How to check fake PR.....?

hi friends,

How can we check that a site has fake PR?
I think it will help every SEO's to develop and optimize their sites within specific period and to get better results than before. Don't think you guys that every SOE's should know the fake PR criteria.....?

So, participate in this topic and give all your view which you know so that everybody aware about it and by doing this we can remove fake PR trend adopted by many companies.....
