First i want to say Hi to all,

I am working in electronics field and i have just released 1publishing news site - www.pcbtalk.com, updated daily news and informtion for the printed circuit board industry. I also placed some Google Adsense on this site, site up for 1 month already.

I think site's content is special, and selected audience so it is not much visitors
I post my topic here to discuss and hope to catch some good ideas to develop my site.
How to improve my site traffic, should i post on some community forum, although it is not concern about my site content , just to advertise and hope people can check and visit it .

Thanks for sharing and your reply is always appreciated.

It's better if you join to other forum even if not so related on your site. Putting your site on your signature is just like advertising your product. You should also include some catchy words in your signature if you can just to catch their attention and make them curious on what really the content of your site. But it's always better if you join forums that is related to your site.

Make it popular in search engine by creating backlink for the website through promotional tactics like - article submission, directory submission, press releases, social bookmarkings, forums and other source for getting more visibility of website in search engine result pages.

First off, you are missing 90% of the MOST important traffic-getter. You have no meta description and meta keywords tags which is going to KILL your ranking, as google has no way to evaluate your content's relevancy!:

<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<title>PCBTalk.com - Daily PCB News and Information</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/style.css" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="lib/js.js"></script>
</head>

Secondly, your layout is slightly crowded, which can deter visitors. You may want to consider just a little bit more space between content areas.

Thirdly, your image links do not have any alternate text, which, in the case of your header (main/home link) is a bad thing.

Fourthly, you could try focusing on keyword density; the main page's keywords and description meta tags should encapsulate your main/generic/general keywords, and then each category uses very select and FITTING keywords and description meta tags. That is one of the biggest steps in getting to your targeted audiences. I publish Linux Tutorials and so i had the same problem. I kinda had to learn all this via large amounts of research and trial and error ;)

Hi AlexGrim,
Thanks so much for your comment, i will back to my site and try to fix it.
