I placed the Pinterest (www.pinterest.com) horizontal counter button on my site, but when I pin it the counter is not working. I wrote a message to them about 7 days ago and still no response to fix or tell me what the issue is.
Does anyone has an idea on how to fix it?

Figured out the problem. Learnt they turned that feature off since they are upgrading their infrastructure.
