Is there any tool or software which is used to create our own subtitle ?

I actually realized what happend. There's something wrong with the file. I apologize for that.

Once you open it it should look like this I put the movie Argo movie with the subtitle to see how it looks on the software and now you can start editing subtitles either movies or music videos or ads:

and giving an error saying as "there is no enough space on the disk"
But i've 10GB of space
What's the solution ??
