Different People Use Online Communities Differently

I read on the Forrester Blog that it found in its recent survey that:

Young singles and couples are the most connected.
Young families are heavy tech users, especially for shared experiences.
Older families are straddling different worlds.
Older singles and couples use technology more surgically.
