Yes, thats great thinking Dan. That would be correct, that is a nice CMS that you can use for college. It has a ton of components with a rich graphical administrative interface that you can easily find your way around the site with easy navigations.
Custom templates and even if? You can build your own template easily with Dreamweaver, theres an extention for Dreamweaver fo Mambo.
