i was curious if anyone knew of any good banner exchange sites out there cause i have come across 2 but i dont know how good they are so any info on banner exchange sites would be good perferably ones that are free ;)
www.linkexchange.com is really the only one I would go with as it has been around forever and is backed by Microsoft
why would microsoft back it up, any reasons csgal/
