what's a good idea about ad network?

Hi, everyone. I am new here. A question confused me recently. I am a webmaster and my site have good traffic. One of my friends recommended me an ad network ReachJunction, and I have earned money for two months. But some other friends suggest me to contact the "giant" like CJ, Linkshare, etc. I don't know what's a good idea. What's your idea about this? Or some suggestions about earning money online?
