I have tried to refresh my windows but when i put the windows xp disc in it wont let me cont. . Is there a way to refresh my computer from dos? If so please help me with how to do this. thanks.

I get this msg to send problems back to Microsoft it keeps comming up and if i send or not after completed it kicks be out of what ever program i am in . How can stop this please help me. thanks
