I have been in IT for over 15 years. I started as a software tester, but technically my career leaped off as a Help Desk Support Specialist with Windows 95. From there I went to a ISP Helpdesk, then a Accounting package. I moved to Desktop support in 98 and worked as a contractor for a couple years. I went on to work for the state for a couple years until post 9/11, then went back as a contractor. I have done Help Desk Support, Desktop Support, Server Support, AS/400, Citrix, Cisco, Exchange and a lot more. Currently I am webmaster and main talent of Geekazine (http://www.geekazine.com). I run a couple podcasts several times a week, as well as many different articles.
