Any time Jack tries to step forward and say something, everyone attacks him because of some minor flaw in his thought process he had before he spoke.
Why this is, he doesn't know.
Because of this, he views himself with the lowest of respect. He feels worthless.
But of course, he knows he should, since he feels he is obviously ignorant and retarded. After all, it is the only explanation for the quite dependable reaction of the community towards anything he says.
