I went to A&M for 2 years in the late 90's studying Computer Engineering. I dropped out because I didn't want to spend the rest of my life behind a computer. Funny how fate turns out. The last 3 jobs I've had involved a lot of time at computer. At work I use laptops to trouble shoot machinery. Most of my tech experience is with PLC's, Variable Frequency Drives, and Servo Drives. I write programs, setup parameters and trouble shoot issues.

At work I am usually on a Dell laptop. I've always had an IT department to take care of any issues with laptops at work. At home I use a Compaq Presario. I fix my own problems with the home laptop. I usually will read through forums and in the past this is usually all I need.

Fixing stuff, working on my car, music, playing drums and guitar, working in the yard, and playing with my 2 girls.
