When try to play certain videos, with Nero Player it gives Error "Direct Draw Acceleration is not comaptible to play video" Upon going to dxdiag it shows under diplay mode no device is availble. In note it says "The system is using the generic video driver. Please install video driver provided by the hardware manufacturer" This computer is purchased in2004 now how is it possible to contact hard war manufacturer? And really speaking this is not a branded computer but assembled by seller. So I would like to get solution.

Jump to PostGo in to "Device Manager", expand "Display", right click on driver and select "Update".
If that doesn't work, you'll have to find out what video card is installed and go to the video card manufacturers website to get the latest driver, ie: ATI/AMD, nVidia, EVGA etc:

To access the “Devise Manager” Go “Start” “Run” type “devmgmt.msc” without the “ “ then press “OK”
