Hi

I hope i am posting my query in the right place.

I am planning to make a CBT. The cd/dvd should be able to run on pc as well as on the TV cd/dvd players.

Is there any tutorial/books/guides for doing the above?

Which s/w is used to author cd/dvd?

I know adobe flash.
