hi everyone
i am new programer in oracle,i have save the url of the folders in the SQL server and i want to open or select a folder using the saved url by oracle plsql.

I have select the url from the database, but the problem i don't know how to open the folder using this url. I search alot but I find only how to open file not folder.
please help me
