Reading email and put data in Access database

Hi there. I am writing a program for work and for one of the parts I need to open up an outlook email account and parse through the new message bodies for specific information. After I get the information I need, I need to put it in a datbase. I have searched through the web and I have not really found much. Thank you for your time in advance.
