Hi I need to develope an application that will be like a magnifier..and will do following things

1. it will read any image/text on the desktop/application dynamically and translate the text in any language.

how do i read the desktop or screen dynamically and read the text from the image.

any heads-on to OCR, imaging will be helpfull.
