problem with WS_EX_CLIENTEDGE

Hi,

I'm working through a tutorial and I've gotten to this part, creating a basic window:

CW_USEDEFAULT, CW_USEDEFAULT, 240, 120,

A explaination is now given which I don't really understand:

" The first parameter (WS_EX_CLIENTEDGE) is the extended windows style, in this case I have set it to give it a sunken inner border around the window. Set it to 0 if you'd like to see the difference. Also play with other values to see what they do. "

My question is how is the above code 'set' to give it a sunken border and also how do I set it to 0 ??
