Editable header of collapsible panel

hi,everyone
I have one big problem.
I have one Collapsible panel where i can add any control.
but the problem how to give that panel header as editable at reuntime.
means i'm thinking i want to give user can edit the header of that panel manually. please help me . here i attached my source code.
