will someone help me on how to solve this error?

An attempt to attach an auto-named database for file D:\FEB. 29, 2012\WAIS SYSTEM-UPDATED JAN25\WAIS SYSTEM\bin\Debug\WAIS.mdf failed. A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share.
I'm trying to detach my mdf file to mssql server...
