Hey everyone,

I am working on this huge excel sheet, actually 2-3 sheets. I am trying to make a master list of everything. Let's say Sheet-1 has columns "Name", "Description". I have to go and look at the "Name" column, copy the row under "Description" column, and put it under the same column name on Sheet-2. In case there are repetitions in Sheet-1: same name, but different description, then copy that description and put it in the next row under the next column in Sheet-2.
I am doing this all manually, and it is killing me.

Any ideas?
