Data Grid Sort Order using button click

I want a data grid sort order.
1) put two buttons beside of data grid.
2) select any item in data grid.
3) how to write the code for the up and down arrow button for selecting the items in the data grid on windows form application..
imean that if we click the the up ward arrow button the row in the data grid which is highlighted should be moved upward and highlighted for the up item..same as the down ward arrow..
The main theme is to highlight the items in the data grind using the up and down arrow buttons..and also in the below of data grid the order should be saved using save button...
