ok, so I'm kindof a complete noob when it comes to stuff dealing with windows specifically...
I know it's possible to have an interactive OpenGL desktop BG in XP as this article proves it works in C++.
but I want to get it working in python and have no idea WTF I'm doing...
another thing that proves my point and works with XP using OpenGL
^something I want to do differently later on with my idea
please provide examples where possible.
I'm a visual learner, so simply telling me what to do won't teach me much of anything... :/
(if I knew something about how to code this, you could get away with simply telling me what to do)
