how can i load double page with single url ............
e.g.

if i have http://www.mydomain.com/?uid=2&aid=4

and i have anchor tag....... i.e

<a href="#/?uid=3&aid=4">Next</a>

So if Next is pressed the address bar url would be...........

http://www.mydomain.com/?uid=2&aid=4#/?uid=3&aid=4

than how can i get the value of second uid i.e uid=3 without reloading page with php or jquery.........!!
