Hi,
How can I create an excel file or XML from pdf bookmarks?

My bookmarks consist of 3 thing separated by “:”

It is “DATE: AUTHOR: DESCRIPTION”

I want my excel sheet or XML should look like the following:
Date Author Description

October 19, 2010 Dr. ABC (MD), Omega Medical Associates Application for Determination of Catastrophic Impairment (OCF-19)
October 19, 2010 Dr. XYZ (MD), Omega Medical Associates OCF-19 Report
July 18, 2009 Ontario Ministry of Health & Long-Term Care Ambulance Call Report
July 18, 2009 Ontario Ministry of Health & Long-Term Care Ambulance Call Report
July 18, 2009 Stratford General Hospital Triage/ Emergency Nursing Record
