rs232 and assembly

hello everybody!

i'm working a project on PIC 16f877
i want to know how much time
need to send one (1) character via RS232 (in assembly code)
i'm write in C and i measure this time
at baud 115200 almost 100us /character

can i minimize this time if i write in ASM code???

thanks a lot for any help!!
