Helps?!?

Hey all, I was wondering could anyone give me any help on TASM, with regard to the in libraries, i.e. int 10h, int 21h etc cause, ive been out of college for a year, and im back now, and im finding it hard to get used to this malarky again, any links to good tutorials etc?
