ubuntu -- netbeans to --windows visual basics?

Title kinda says it, I was wondering if anyone has heard of this what im about to ask.

If i program code on ubuntu 10.04 using netbeans, and code in C. can I somehow save the file from netbeans, and transfer/make a conversion for the netbeans file to be able to be open in windows visual basic 2010.

My C programming teacher wont take anything other then a .zip format of visual folder

Also , im not sure if i am aloud to double post, but, I think the .c file holds the "source" file so there maybe be a way to convert the .c source file from netbeans to a visual basic file.
