VxD creation for Windows 2000 server

hey folks,

I need to create a VxD to capture all file calls made to/on a Windows 2000 server machine. The file calls will then be sent to a VB program on the desktop.

But I have absolutely no idea of how to create a VxD or how to interface to it/from it.


Can anyone help? If there is already a VxD out there that does this then thats great. But I would like to try to create one myself. Its the learning curve that matters here! :-)

great thing about windows they fully support almsot everything you can imagine that pertains to OS specific programming such as VxD creation
