I tried to get help on this subject including the docs. How do I save snippets and install 'packages' in Sublime Text ?

You can just copy and paste them into your extentions/snippets folder I believe. Package Control also works well. https://sublime.wbond.net/installation#st3 . Haven't used Sublime in a few years after switching to Vim though, so I'm not sure if things have changed much.

I've installed package control, and followed the steps to install an extension, I'm on Windows8.1 !

I haven't had to use Subline for a few weeks. Recently I remembered I can't save code snippets, read this thread again and I've installed package control. What is not setup that I can't select a code snippet and save it somewhere to call up when coding ?
