  4. MENUITEM SEPERATOR
  5. MENUITEM "Save", CM_SAVE
  6. MENUITEM "Save As", CM_SAVEAS
  7. MENUITEM SEPERATOR
  8. MENUITEM "Exit", CM_EXIT
  9. {
  10. }
I have another file with the definitions to CM_NEW, Etc.

I found one 'wrong' thing in the title of the post:

you meant to write "help with MENUITEM"

and another thing that's 'wrong' exists in the body of your post itself:

you forgot to write what the problem was... you only wrote Menu.RC
