hi all,

I m new to C++(but have a very good knowledge of C) and very
desperately looking for some good programming problems that involves
some object oriented principles of c++.Can anybody please
give a link to such problems.

Here's a nice thread about it. It has a few C problems as well, but it could be a nice challenge to make them with OOP.
