Need Help in Downloading a File from Internet using C++ or Win32 API?

I'm working on a Project, which includes downloading some files from INTERNET, and the code language is C++, I'm using Codegear C++ Builder 2009,
If anyone knows how to download a file using c++ code. please help me, I'll be greatly thankful if you provide a code snippet and then explain using that.
