solving max flow by push relabel using C++

hello,

I am interested in implementing the push relabel max flow algorithm in C++. I see an implementation at

and don;t understand a good bit of it. I am in a position to describe my graph and if someone could explain how I can use this piece of code, I'd be grateful.
