If you are an absolute beginner to C++, it is a good idea to grab some books from Amazon (that's what I did!)
The first 2 books i bought were:
C++ - A Beginner's Guide
C++ For Dummies
It is generally better to read the beginner's guide first, as it contains easier to read material if you are unsure of how C++ works, or what all the terminology means.
