Using non standar fonts

Well, i'm developing a program, ( API ) and i'd like to use a non standar font, for some section of my program.

My question is, how can i do this, i mean, i supose i have to install the font on the user pc, but how do i do this.

O!! and 1 more, less important question: how do i set the "ICONQUESTION" on a dialog box, jeje, i can't figure that one out
