Do you want managed or unmanaged code. Its pretty easy with unmanaged code -- just google for ODBC. I'm not sure how you can do it with c++/CLR or C# programs.

well I certainly want managed code...I know a bit c# with ado.net and actually did a small database project using same.I never used c++ with ado.net thats why asked.
