Is it possible to create a couronne game like the one in minilip : http://www.miniclip.com/couronnedeluxe/index.htm using c++ or any other programming language as java etc.

Ofcourse it's possible, why wouldn't it be.
yea it is possible to make games in almost any programming languages, it all just depends on what you want, quite a lot of internet games are made using java i think. But programming languages are very powerful, you can do almost anything with them
