To make a core server into c++

hello,
I am Amit tare (India)
currently i am working with the C++ server.
which having the facilities of::
run on all the platforms(Operating systems),
memory management,
thread safety, and handlers....
pooling features......

I am using VC++ IDE on Windows platform....
please help me to build the core features of my server and how can i structure my code

is there any tutorial....
how will i start to make a server

Have you already written the server and you just want to port it to MS-Windows?

no...i didn't write the server yet....
I want help to write the server on multiple platform..as i mentioned into the message..
please send me the code of the basic building blocks of the server to make it running on many platform...or suggest me for the right tutorial...
