Ok, away from my last endeavor, I don't know if you have ever herd of "Active@ Password Changer" (if not look it up), It is a BIOS bootable program that allows you to change many of the windows user's properties, such as: Clear the password, lock the account, change logon hours, and make the user change the password at the next logon. I wanted to know if this was possible in C++, and if so, Could Somebody please help me to develop a program as such, I already have a program that can change a windows password when you are already logged on.
