How to add sound effect in GUI by VC++.NET

Hello! eveyone! I am new in here! But I got some urgent problem need to be solved shortly! please help me!

I am designing a simple GUI card game by VC++.NET

My game isnt complicated. However, I want to add some sound effect like maybe when I click a button? Does anyone know the syntax?

The sound quality doesn't have to be good.
