C++ code for modem streaming

Hallo everyone .

I am looking badly for an algorithm or for a c/c++ code for modem anitializing and streaming .
my goal is to make a call through my modem , but talk on the phone throught the sound blasters microphone and to here through my soundblaster speakers .
