wireless network programming in c++

Expand Post »
I am trying to learn how to comunicate with wireless acess points, just the basics like latency between the sources, signal strength, ssid, etc...
But I can't really find any good resources on the topic.
Does anyone have any good resources or know how I would go about using the libraries included in c++ to work this?

Thanks
