ive got a Q

do you have to be good at math, or science or math to be good at C++??

I'd say it depends on what you intend on what you want to do with a language. It helps, however.

I'll assume 3D action games -- not my arena. From the scuttlebutt I've gathered, good math skills are definitely a bonus. But many of the techniques are already out there... somewhere.

when you say make games, you cover a huge span

but you will need to be very good at triganometry then if you want to do game creation because it all deals with angles and working triangles.

unless you can work complex trigonomic calculations that have to do with angle measurement and movement for lets say a game character in a 3d world, you wont be programming very interactive games.
