How to pivot a control from Right Side ?

Expand Post »
I want to create a control in which left edge should move when it's width is reduced and vice versa.Generally when width is reduced or increased, right edge (of control) moves.

Means I want to keep the control fix at it's right edge during change of it's width.

I have tried a lot but couldn't resolve it so Need Help from Dani's.
Thanks in Advance.
