Making a Single Instance Application Reappear

Expand Post »
Hi Guys,

I created a single instance C# application tool that I use in my work every day. I assigned a windows shortcut key so that I can launch it using keyboard and I created it so that it will only appear in my system tray when minimized and not in my task bar. I intend to make my application re-appear when I press the shortcut while it's minimize, but it doesn't seem to work when it's not visible from the taskbar, but when I remove the part of the code that makes it appear only in system tray the application reappears alright. Thanks in advance.

Re: Making a Single Instance Application Reappear

Hi, I have a good page on my site about this

http://dotnetperls.com/Content/Singl...dows-Form.aspx

It has a way to recover windows that have been minimized and released by Windows.

It stinks that this is so hard
