I am buiding a mobile application for a GSM phone

Hi guys,can any one help talk on how to deploy a phone application directly into the phone device using .Net Comapct framework.

a) you can only do so if it is a Windows Mobile Device
b) the SDKs you need are on microsoft site, you need VS pro too.
