Hi,
Can someone send me in the right direction some links or enything else related to the following... Is there a C# possibility to be blocked network traffic to according to specific IP addresses
when C# applications start.

why do you do that with c#, there are many free network monitoring tools to do that. you can use firewalls too. Microsoft Internet Accelaration Server AKA ISA is a good tool too.
