Creating Help file for the project

hi friends
i want to put help file into my project.sth that when user press F1 it has been shown.how can i create a help file?

Hi

To create HELP FILe for your project you can use HTML HELP WORKSHOP and include this file to your project by means of HELP NAVIGATOR control in Visual Studio.Net.

Is Html HELP WORKSHOP a Specific Software? I have to buy it or it is append to other software? which software?
