Load a embbeded referenced assembly at runtime

Hey guys! I want to publish my app with a single file, but I have an external dependency which I want to embbed in my app and load it at runtime.

Most of the codes I found over the web were meant for non-referenced assemblies or didn't mentioned it at all.

How can I accomplish this?
